TEA is Dedicated to Promoting Music and the Arts.

We are dedicated to the promotion and the cultivation of the arts through education and performance. Through the musicians and their music we have an opportunity to expose K-6 graders to different cultures that might not otherwise be accessible to them.
We have musicians who are certified in teaching, combining Math, Music, & Magic into intrigue and engaging performances.
Using Wake County Curriculum, our performers can turn Math & Music into Fun!

We work with:
Home schooled children
After school programs
YMCA
Private Individuals
K-12 for in-home tutoring.

We can also connect you to Artist and Teacher resources.
This program places professional artists in the classrooms of more than 100 Wake County public, private and charter schools through residencies, workshops,  and performances.

Community Arts Reach:
From Apex to Zebulon, this program assists Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources departments, and community volunteers, in providing high quality, professional cultural arts programs such as art summer camps and classes, festival performances and technical support.Telling Stories with Jazz - Designed especially for elementary school students, (but all ages will enjoy), this program integrates the process of jazz improvisation with narrative writing and reading. This workshop demonstrates how playing jazz is much like telling and reading stories. It also involves students participation through singing of blues and rhythm clapping
